Physical Products
Our physical books and workbooks are printed and fulfilled on demand.

Once we review your request, we'll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for physical products due to buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or preference changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partners.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary due to production schedules, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Bundle Purchases
Bundles follow this same refund policy.
Digital items included in a bundle are non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.
If a physical item included in a bundle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
